Most people in America are working until age 65, 67, 70 and older because they did not save enough money to retire.
They failed to prepare and plan for their retirement. With the recent increases in inflation and interest rates, many workers ages 42 to 57 are getting closer to retirement age, but they don't know where they will be when they reach the age of 65.
Workers indicate that their debt level is a major problem, and they are fearful about retirement. Even more, 50% said that debt has hurt their ability to save for retirement and harder for them to live comfortably in retirement.
There are 3 objectives of the SOS Retirement Planning Coaching Program:
Help you organize your money to identify more disposable income to create/increase your emergency fund, long-term and retirement savings with a Pleasure and Leisure monies as part of your Budget and Spending Plan.
Create a detailed financial plan to optimize your money, pay off debt quickly and reallocate funds to maximize monthly 401(k) and Individual Retirement Account contributions and create Brokerage Investments to increase your net worth and RETIRE WITH MONEY.
Create a Strategic Retirement Exit Strategy Plan to ensure that you retire on time financially secure to maintain and sustain your lifestyle with financial stability for the rest of your life.
This Coaching Program is for:
· Public and Private Sector Professionals who are decisive and ready to take action NOW in creating their “path to prosperity.”
· Professionals who need a simple plan to know if, when and how, to retire financially secure.
· Professionals whose personal finances are unorganized, unknown and need help to organize and optimize your money, expenses, savings, future retirement income,
· Professionals who are unsure if your future retirement monthly income is sufficient to pay your monthly expenses, allow you to continue to save, and sustain you for the rest of your life.
· Professionals who need assistance with their investment strategy and investment selection for your 401(k), 403(b), 457(b) to improve performance and have enough money to live for the rest of your life.
· Professionals who CARE about their future being financially secure and want to have a written PLAN showing them the financial and operational processes, dates, tasks and deadlines to be completed --beginning TODAY through their exit date/retirement eligibility date.
The format of the Coaching Program will include the following:
Initial Retirement Financial Establishment Session to discuss the 7- Major components of the SOS Retirement Planning Program that integrates Financial, Retirement, Income Bridge Strategies, Debt Planning, Future Planning, Business Income Integrations and Operational Tasks/Planning. All financial and other date will be used to design each client’s Long-Term Plan to achieve financial security in retirement on the expected retirement eligibility or determination date.
Client is required to provide requested Financial, Income, Expenses, Retirement Documentation Timely to meet monthly Coaching Meeting Requirements for reporting on their Assigned Tasks based on the previous coaching sessions.
Ten (10) Private 1: 1 Coaching Sessions. These Sessions will include Open, Honest, Discussions on your Personal Income, Debt, Savings, Investments, Retirement Income, Retirement Eligibility, Retirement Operational Processes. Client will also be assigned tasks to completed monthly to meet their goals.
Money Mindset, Behavior, and Action Mastermind + 1:1 support, ensuring you learn how to manage your money better, grow your money and retirement investments to achieve Financial Security.
